Theparticipants who live in the Continental Grand Hotel can have their breakfasts at the cafeteria in the lobby of the hotel.

Lunches and dinners will be provided for all participants from Oct. 31- Nov.1, 2008.

Laptop computers are available in each meeting room. To ensure each presentation goes as scheduled, speakers are NOT encouraged to use their own laptops. Speakers are highly recommended to use windows system to edit your powerpoint presentation (.ppt file) because it is a dominant system widely used in China and are most compatible in all other accessory equipment. Due to rare availability, Mac computer will not be provided during the conference.

Please go to the speaker ready room at least half day before your session starts to submit your presentation file to the conference staff to ensure smooth running of your .ppt during the conference.

 

Please be at your sessin room 15 minutes prior to your session starts and communicate with your session chair.

 

To ensure each session is finished as scheduled, all speakers are required to finish their presentation within the exact allocated time slot.
