Dear colleagues and friends,

It gives me great pleasure to present to you the CMA Meeting Planner, a subsidiary organization of the Chinese Medical Association (CMA).

The Chinese Medical Association is the largest and oldest non-governmental medical organization in China. As the family for more than 430,000 members and 82 specialty societies, the CMA plays a leading and active role in the nation’s medical education, training and professional exchanges.

The CMA Meeting Planner was established to provide value services in conference organizing to the subsidiary specialty societies and partners of the CMA. Over the past 50 years, the CMA conference planner has grown to an effective PCO with state-of-art technology, quality service and extensive experience in events organizing. Its expertise has been demonstrated in more than 1000 conferences on a wide range of topics in medical sciences, public health and health administration, etc.

I urge the CMA Meeting Planner to innovate the lead in the field of PCO, so that it will be able to explore more value services to our members, partners and the medical community.

Dear friends,

As director of the CMA Meeting Planner, I feel honored to present my organization to you.

The CMA Meeting Planner is a subsidiary of the Chinese Medical Association. It was established by the CMA in 1950. It began by providing organizing services to medical academic conferences and meetings of the CMA. In the 1980s, China’s international medical exchanges and cooperation flourished, the scope of our business expanded to international medical conferences, conventions, meetings and special events. Now we organize more than 50 medical conferences and meetings each year.

We are specialized in organizing medical conferences and meetings, and provide complete conference management services to medical societies and associations. The services range from bidding consultancy to delivery of evaluation report on the organization and outcome of the conference. We have become one of the leaders in the convention industry in China.

Our commitment is to listen to your needs, attend to your needs by tailoring our services and turn the process of organizing a successful conference into a happy experience without stress. To actualize the commitment to our clients, we attach great importance to both the capacity building of our team and the application of latest technology to upgrade our facilities.
